Shipping Policy

Shipping Types:

MaeloveCrafts partners with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. All shipment times are shown in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround. 

We only ship to the United States and Canada.

Here are our 2 types of shipping: 

• Super Fast Shipping: 5 - 8 working days 
• Super Saver Shipping: 12 - 15 working days

Shipping Time & Cost:

Please note：

-- If you buy classic pulls, your order will take up to 1-3 working days to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

-- If you buy decorative cabinet pulls or shower systems, your order may need a supplier to customize it. The processing time is a little longer, about 5-7 days.

-- If you have special requirements, please take note of the order.

If you bought large(extra-long) or heavy items typically

Large(extra-long) items such as barn door kits, door guides, and storage baskets, are sent using the ship. For most items, We'll tell you in advance to schedule the best delivery time. Delivery is Wednesday through Friday; Saturday delivery is available in some areas. In-stock furniture is delivered within 6-8 weeks. The barn door kits will be delivered within 10-16 weeks.

Shipping, Delivery, and Cutoff Times

Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including shipping method. 
Cut-off times indicate when order must be placed to begin processing on a particular day, and vary by carrier.

Shipping & Order Confirmations

You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available(The tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Due to variances in tax laws from state to state, once an order has been placed, we are no longer able to alter the shipping address. And orders that have been sent out or are in transit cannot be cancelled.Please understand, thank you. So please make sure that all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
